Could be. It's hard to see whats what from the photos. When I move the lever to the screen position with the fans on full blast there's a lot of whistling but no air. Suggests somethings blocking somewhere....

I've stuck my hand down the vents and can feel flaps moving, but I'm not sure where the screen one is so maybe I can't reach it.

The foam sealing stuff that covers the flaps is falling apart in my hands so maybe it's stuck something fast? It was stood good year so anything is possible!

Think I've fixed it.

The flap for the screen is controlled by the top cog at about 2 o'clock in this picture. It just pulls out and you can get a screwdriver in there...

The shaft for the screen has a square profile and the plastic cog doesn't have much purchase on it. Either just sh*t, or it's worn over time maybe. There's what looks like a clip on the back side of the cog to click on to the square flap shaft somehow, but mine doesn't click on at all. It just pushes together as far as I can tell. Anyway a screwdriver twisting in there freed up the screen flap immediately, so I put it back together, Nanocom calibrate, and it all seems to be working as it should now. If it stops again, I'll probably just take the plastic cog off for the winter so I've always got air to the screen. I can live with that until I can find a warm dry day to take the dash out and service is all properly...
