windscreen trim removal disco1

hello everyone, happy Christmas to all. I have a 1994 300 tdi disco. in the middle of replacing the cills/floors ,having done rear floor, beam,wheelarches etc etc.

want to remove the windscreen trim how do you get the trims off,disco1,any ideas please.
