windows

woud i get anything for the windows out of my discovery 2 or am i best of scrapping them?

I got some jelly babies for a trade off, if interested?

Are they in good condition, I.e., regulator brackets not corroded?. Im looking for a drivers side rear one at a reasonable price.

jelly babies sound good if you can take out the orange ones

the drivers window mechanism (mine jumps at the top) and the complete door lock, handle and cable.

These window mechanisms are a nuisance. Changed mine twice. Plastic runner cracks in half & falls away. Or the teeth grind away on the mechanism itself, hence the jumping at the top.

yeah i've heard that. thats whats put me off buying one off ebay. most of the parts sold on there are not worth having. i've found one locally on ebay but when i asked to collect it instead of them posting it I was told it was against policy.

Potterpotta, its the glass itself im lookin for, I believe they come with a bracket attached to the bottom of the glass as ive seen them advertised this way. The regulator bolts onto this bracket. Trouble is they in habit of corroding and breaking up. If yours in good nick, let me know your price.
