300 tdi windows rear.wont go up.checked fuses all ok any ideas.

I don't know if you can put them up manually but the problem will probably be the window ECU, have a look HERE
In the short term to keep the rain out you could take the door cards off, loosen the motor so it disengages from the regulator, lift the window and re-engage the motor to hold it up. (I think).

that information was spot on thanks alexdon.took the door cards of and took the motor out completly(had a bit of trouble getting the runner of the window)took the motor of the runner and opened the runner part to its full ability which would be the window closed position.put the motor part back on the runner part and put it all back in the door with the window up.worked a treat.now when the e.c.u is changed wont have to take the door cards again. sorry about the wording not sure what the parts are called i am describing.thanks again
