i had them on mine, front and rear, fixed on with double sided tape, as long as you clean the door surrounds properly before sticking on , they stay there. excellent for having the window open when driving, no worries about rain coming in.eBay item number:223455967418. they do not go into the window channels and do not need any clips.

Do they survive a trip through the car wash?
 
Hope they look better than the pictures on eBay & other sites. Or is that just a bad light reflection ?

My son has some on his Freelander. A bit like these that go inside the door frame. Not sure where he got them, but the quality & fit was really good.
