Yeah, my bro has some skills. You can't see too well in this picture but the font bumper on the Jeep is all his own work. Think it cost around £100 finished and the bulk of that was having it properly powder coated.

Its nice to see people still making stuff I feel we are loosing our skills, most people haven't a clue how to fix or make the simplest of things, which is sad.

We were brought up by parents who never had much for themselves so had no money at all to give us so we've always worked for what we wanted and if we couldn't afford it we either didn't have it or found some sort of home-made substitute instead. I'm not without means now but I still have a healthy respect for the way I was brought up to be self reliant and I'd rather do something myself, within reason, than pay someone else to do it for me. It's something that seems to be totally lacking in a lot of people now.
