winch bumper and winch fitted best springs to put on

Hi new on here could anybody please advise on the best springs to put on the front of my td5 to compensate for the 100kg i have added to the front of my car.
Had a look and there seems to be lots of options 50mm 40mm or heavy duty standard springs i dont want to lift the car just stop it bottoming out on every dip or lunp in the road any advise would be well recieved thanks Drew

For the OP if you don't want a lift HD standard springs are you best option. but don't do just the front replace all 4 at the same time.

where are you bud.

tbh for just winch and bumper youd only need medium springs, if you plan on hauling huge trailers about alot or overlanding alot then hd arnt really needed imo just make the ride far too hard

Hi i live in dartford and the original springs are probably shot and due to the extra kg,s it needs somthing heavier to compensate the rear is still on air when it goes pop i will do a coil conversion but as its not broken i wont fix it thanks
