Will It Fit???

Hi EVERYONE
I am thinking of buying a bumper, grill & lights off a L322 rangie 2002 to 2005.
Will it fit my P38 2.5 auto diesel 1998 Rangie.
I know I may have to modify it but just need to know if L322 goes on a P38?????
And what do I do about the oil cooler in front - Vent etc????

i do believe it will but don't quote me on it. There are many kits out there for this said conversion which are mostly copies of the later ones.

did you fit the new bumper on you rangie mate if so how. im looking to do the same i got the lights on mine already jus want to put the new shape bumper on
