will auto transfer box fit manual g/box?

If it is a zf auto it has ftc5090 adapter to lt230. If suffix B they can't take cross drilled gear and eat main gb output.
Borg warner I can't remember- JM will confirm, but as far as I remember different transfer boxbox with chain and viscous coupling.
