Will a 12j head fit and work on a 2.25 diesel

I’ve been offered a few 12j cylinder heads as a replacement for my 2.25 diesel, before I commit to one and fit it does anybody know:

will it change the compression ratio?
Are they all metric in terms of bolts?
Will 2.25 glow plugs fit
