Just did mine on the 110. Put a pan underneath it as it will spill Diesel everywhere as you undo it - or at least I did so. A cut-off gallon bottle would be good for this - leave the handle, stick it over the filter and drop the whole lot into the jug for transport to the workbench.
Pick out the O-rings, swap them out, fit the new cartridge and then use the fuel priming lever to fill the filter after undoing the hollow bolt holding the fuel return line. When Diesel comes out, tighten the hollow bolt and you should hopefully not have to bleed the pump - I didn't at least.
Not that hard, but a dirty job.
