Whining noise. Are you ready for this ...

Leave the hubbie/missus at home.
Tyres nearing their end, though that's better described as a droning.
Viscous Fan just rubbing on the cowling.
Serpentine belt getting old.
Water pump bearings, power steering pump bearings, power steering fluid pump bearings, belt tensioner bearings, getting old.
Alternator bearings getting old.
A brake pad sticking on.
Diff bearings getting old.
Diff getting worn.
Lack of/nackered oil in diff/axle.
Diff pinion nose bearings wearing.
I'me getting fed up now, but I daresay there are a few more culprits, but to track 'the' fault you need to be a little more explicit. (oo-er missus)

Which bearings have you replaced? I'm guessing wheel bearings, in which case they might just be done up too tight ... or too slack .. :)

Have fun ..

OK im suspecting diff noise as i replaced complete components on all four corners.
wheel. hub. etc but the missus has lost a bit of her noise due to me saying whats that noise ha ha.
thanks for your advice dieseldog
