Yes, i go with that. using the oil sprayer thing on an airline, 80 psi, mix 50/50 old oil and diesel and blast the springs well. its amazing the rusty stuff that gets ejected.
but.......... if the springs are a bit tired they will sag so much you may have to replace them!
