Where's the squirty thingy then?

Hello all, the rear screen fluid seems to be stuck somewhere and I can't seem to find where it's supposed to squirt from (rear door that is). Any ideas? the car is a 2002 Disco TD5 ES

IF im not mistaken its shot from the wiper blade ??

where the wiper arm meets the blade is a small block.
this has four holes in it.
unfortunately the easiest way to get to it, repairs, ie sticking a pin in the holes to unblock them or to replace the arm is to first remove the spare wheel.
