where to get wheel bearings

hi anyone know where to get good quality wheel bearings from landrover want 58pound just for the bearing had look on ebay but they all look like britpart for the money they want for them. many thanks
 
go back on Ebay and look for the adverts that have the timken box in the background. Or try LR Series. I've just got the kit for both front wheels for £27.70 iinc p&p
 
hi thats a good price for both what make was they and was that each bearing 27pound

thanks mate will give mja a look ok had a look and they are made by allmakes 4x4 are they not as bad as britpart

Ive had various bits of them now, pistons, bushes, VCU bearing, all seemed and have proved to be good quality.

Unlike britpart. Dont know how they can get away with selling half of their muck. Disgusting.
I made the mistake of using some britpart track rods, bearings, brake parts, shocks and swivel kits in a series 3 rebuild once. Never again.
Had to exchange some items on delivery as they had manufacturing errors, then the parts I fitted were worn out within the year. Crap.:mad:
 
I know that James French well renowned LR independant specialists use Allmakes 4x4 to supplement their genuine parts stock. I always inspect spares thoroughly before fitting- I've rejected multi-million pound jet engines before when I wasnt happy with the build quality!:eek:
