where do i put the hand throttle?

hi,i've managed to get hold of a series 3 hand throttle but being a bit clueless i don't know where to fit it. obviously it goes in the cab somewhere but where? i have tryed looking on the web for the installation instructions but have drawn a blank. can anyone help please

On the passenger side of the bulkhead just above the transmission tunnel.
