Wheel upgrade question.

Hi all.
I have a freelander 1 1998 on steel wheels. I have been given a set of 5 alloys with tyres from a 2000 plate freelander.
Can I just bolt these straight onto my car if I buy alloy nuts or do I have to buy spacers as I have got no idea and I am completely confused.
Also is there any place that can be recommended for me to get the alloy nuts from.

Nuts from Ebay or one of the many LR suppliers on the net.
Wheels will bolt straight on, once you have the correct nuts
