Wheel Sticky???

I have searched (yes I have) and found many posts about differing wheel fitments for Disco's what about a definitive sticky?
i.e. I need new tyres for my 2003 Facelift Disco and instead of shelling out heaps of cash on piddling looking 16" rubber I am watching all kind of combinations on eBay.
I have read their ads '2006 Vogue TDV6 alloys wll fit straight onto P38, previous and current Discovery...'
An then you read other ads with 'rings and different nuts required for Discovery 2 fitement'.
Who knows it all and can write it up in an easy to understand guide?

Maybe you could go to a more on-road oriented forum or website. Most people who have similar knowledge on here are more into off-road and off-road based tyre/wheel combinations and fitments, than bling.

So what else would you be doing other than getting bigger wheels? ie blinging it up as cheaply as possible ...
