Wheel nut debacle

Bought a set of Disco 3 wheels with new M & S tyres fitted,(Winter wheels and tyres) ordered a set of wheel nuts from Rochford tyres with 22.5mm shank. 1 week later a set arrives with 19 mm shank , send them back and after much phoning and "E" mails from me 2 weeks later another set with 19 mm shank arrives. Again after much phoning from me and them promising to get in touch (some hope) am getting money refunded, basically 4 weeks of wasted time, shocking service and back to where I started:doh:. To say I am p*ssed off is an understatment.

Thanks for that, I have already ordered from 4 x 4 tyres, so hopefully will be sorted by the weekend.
