Can anyone tell me if I can use standard land rover 90 wheel nuts for mac 5 steel wheel using lt265/.75R16.123/1200 tyres

TBH It's worth getting in touch with the manufacturers of the Mach 5's as not having a wheel come off is a H&S issue
To the best of my knowledge you have to be careful between steel wheels and alloy wheels as the taper the nuts lock on to can be different angles. From steel to steel you will probably be ok, but worth checking because of the risks. If no posts turn up that know for sure, then make that call.
