What's the part no. for this?

This is a pic of a 300 tdi rear axle. Can someone please confirm what this broken 'washer' part no. is please (FRC3136 / FTC3649)? I assume it should ideally be replaced?

frc2310 is the plate ftc3649 and frc3616 are the gasket for stub axle to case ,later one been non asbestos
