OK so he's not selling it at all I got the info off his missus who's obviously mixed it up. TBH I'm glad he isn't selling it now as hopefully we will all be able to get out in them over the summer. I'll start a fund now and hopefully have the cash ready when something turns up.... Hopefully a 300TDi 90 cab.

He's a good friend and I've known his missus for over 20 years. He helped me with the cam belt change and UJs for the rear prop etc so I'm glad he's not giving up on Landrovers. I'm sure something closer to ideal will come up and if it does so in a few months that would probably be better. I have a disco mk1 300TDi on the drive so possibly I could find a 300TDi with a knackered chassis and engine that would be ideal as it could be much cheaper and I've got an engine and box already.
