What year was 300tdi crank pulley revised and introduced?

Without taking it to bits to check. I’m risking it for a biscuit.
The timing belt was last done 5 years ago on my 95 110 CSW. But, I’ve only had it since the winter. I’m Hoping that it has the new(er) version pulley on, so I’m not ordering one until I see.
I’m just wondering if anyone knows when the new one was introduced as I may be lucky and it might already have one

Fingers crossed it’s been changed then. Going to do front and rear crank oil seals. Leaking that little bit to much I reckon. So new belt while I’m on.

For the sake of a fiver when you buy the kit, you may as well just include the crank sprocket in case you need it. If nothing else you can use the pair of them as a drift to press in the crank seal square.

So are you fitting the new or old style idler / tensioner?

It’ll be new style tensioner if I’m fitting new style crank pulley. That’s my understanding anyway.

I'd be kind of surprised if any of the kits still have the tensioner with the lip?
