what to lookout for on a td4

hi going to look at a 2003 freelander td4 auto

is there anything in particular I should look out for?

Theres a good few things to look out for as with any secondhand car. Particularly the 4WD system is an expensive beast to put right, so search google for threads about VCU, IRD and rear diff. Otherwise check everything works on the car as usual. Sunroofs can seize, electric windows can stop working, aircon, HDC etc. Google is your friend just search freelander problems. Look over any potential car carefully and take for a test drive etc
