What part is this?

Just picked up this 1985 Ninety, 2.5na, and I'm trying to work out what this part is? It appears to be leaking diesel but starts up and runs perfectly. Any ideas?

Is it the brake vacuum pump does that hose go to the brake servo?

I uploaded the wrong picture and after some more digging I have found tha it is the fuel lift pump thst has the issue, hence the diesel leak.
