The "Torsion Vibration Damper" has been damaged end therefore replaced 3 times now in 4 months. It cost me a lot and now today the very bad noise is back.
The repair shop also changed the Alternator Belt Tension Pulley, and the belts.
Now the repair shop say that they don't know what to do with the problem!
What can kill the "Torsion Vibration Damper" so many times?
What should I do?

It's my local land rover repair shop who does the job. So I assume it must be original parts. They checked the engine and found nothing bad. But they say it could be something about the diesel nozzles, and it cost a lot to do a nozzle job. It's automatic gearbox and been running 153 000 km.

I bought the car for 15 months ago. But its a 2003 model.
Its the local dealer for Land Rover.
Yes I also think so, just the problem I already spend lot of money on repair. Maybe its not worth to install a new or old engine.
And what is killing my TVD?
By the way sorry for English I'm from Danmark.

When the mechanics are fitting the vibration damper are they ensuring that it is centred accurately?

I ask because on my '98 K series 1.8 you have to take care when torquing the v' damper up to keep it centred or when it's spinning it spins eccentrically [ it looks like it has a bad wobble] and it causes the PAS tensioner to wobble up and down too.

PS your English is pretty good, better than some on LZ or out in the colonies! :D
