What is this?

are either of these set of glow plugs the correct ones for the 96 p38 2.5 TD bmw engine:

I ask because they both look different

Personally I'd be very careful with some of the offerings from eBay. I bought a set of apparently original Delphi Glow plugs off the bay for about £30 they lasted all of 3 months, you buy cheep, you buy twice.
Got some genuine Bosch ones in now, no problems in the past 12 months.
NGK, Bosch or Delphi are good, just make sure there not ****e Chinese copy's.
