what is this part? RRC4479

Hi guys,

I bought what I thought was a rear door trim panel for a series/defender, but it's a little too tall and has cutouts in all the wrong places. It's new in packaging with the part number RRC4479 on it with a Land Rover logo. A google search comes up with nothing useful. Any idea what it's off?

Rear door trims do slightly differ by year (retaining stay is in two different places), the lock catch varies slightly and some make allowance for a rear windscreen wiper

Not sure what year yours is but part numbers to have a look at are:

MWC1743
MXC1989LCS
BTR7964LCS

RRC4479 I think is a Brit Car part number - replacement part not OEM
