I have an 89 RRC (90 model) standard tyre fitment is 205 80 16 which are a little on the thin side if you ask me.

after though. Go on to **** fit, I mean Kwik fit and you can do a tyre size search for your vehicle. Don't get them from there though.

The closest size to your original size is as Khryzzy says 205/80 x 16. Yours were originally 205/82 x 16 but they never stated the 82 on the old style tyres as 82% was the standard profile of all tyres in them good old days (hence why 70, 65 etc. were all referred to as low profile).

Welcome duncan. 205/80x16 is the correct size. 235/70x16 is a direct replacement if you want wider tyres without altering the curcumference.this will keep your gearing and speedo readings within tolerance
