Just measured the back for a plan to add sleeping arrangements.

Slight problem, will now have to draw it in hands not inches

The steel measure in my toolbox was my horse measuring tape :D

Been sorting my sankey trailer. Body off, standard electrics fitted and working, annoying bits cut off. Just got to build my bespoke body now:D

Cam belt done, timing fully reset, running sweeter than ever, im pretty chuffed, done 3 belts, this is the first ive got right!! :)
4hrs, didnt think that was bad for a first time, and that includes putting the gazebo up, tools out and tidying everything up afterwards.
Seems to smoke less now too when you floor it :) (now Ill tweak my pump a bit more now!!)

Just the cowl and fan to go back on later in the week when im convinced its all set up right.

New brake calipers, welded up too many holes, new horn wired in.......strictly speaking the ole man did this, I just thumped the brake light to get it working.......Mot tomorrow also......fingers crossed:eek:

Over the last week, ive cut out the boot floor to start cleaning up and painting with hammerite ready to replace with a nice shiny one at the weekend. Ive stripped and cleaned the handbrake replacing the expander, which had ceased and snapped the bit on the back for locking it against the drum off.

Today I got some copper pipe and remade all the brake hoses as most of them had corroded and snapped in various places, got all that back together and bled the brakes so i can now move it round to my mates for welding at the weekend. :)

just left mine and come in cos it fooking freezing and pitch black outside. Transfer box is back on props and handbrake etc all connected back up. seatbox is back in and drivers seat fitted. just gotta fit Transmission tunnel, floorplates, battery and passenger seat tomorrow, afterwork.

Just washed the crud off me hands and bugger does me pinkey hurt. :( It didn't like the washingup liquid and sawdust scrub, I do know

Red - get yourself to A&E and have your nail pierced, it's instant relief. Presumably the t/box is ok?:scratching_chin:
