how weird............

Finished wiring up my A-bar spots. Fitted new TIM temperature gauge into MUD pod. Fitted X-Eng thermostatic switch to top radiator hose. Still got a fair bit of wiring to do, but we're getting there.

got it through the mot! new number plate and were away. spot on!!

found out i need a new track rod end. oh well there goes another £10

New alternator, water pump, drive belt, air filter, oil filter, diesel filter, various gaskets and bit n bobs ... I didn't do any of it but I did provide coffee.

Took my roof lining down to discover the entire roof covered in water droplets. Dried them up and thats how i left it tonight.
Tomorrow plans involves my mate on the roof with a watering can and me inside with a tube of tiger seal.
Also thinking about removing the sunroofs and riviting ally sheets on to cover the holes.

Also fitted my replacement cd player that was kindly donated by TuskenRader.

Had a look at the doors I took off the 110 yesterday and rusty water ran out of the bottoms when I tipped them up so I stacked em upside down for now. Must fill em with oil or something.

tested my bump stops on the plains and got her smot up with mud .

Yer you probably right fella, probably seal both sides lol. Least with me inside i can see where its leaking.

I didn't do it all, but I did most of it - just raised my tow bar 2 holes It's made my day! My trailer now sits level when hitched up Might not be major thing, but I is dead chuffed

Finished fitting a turbo boost gauge to my Ninety. Boosting up to 0.75 bar - seems a bit low to me?

I bought new front wiper blades and applied my first coat of Rain-X to the windscreen, side windows & headlights! Let's see if it makes a difference...

Tried to bleed the clutch fluid by me'self. No joy, so cleaned the landy instead. Its all nice and err.. shiny

Fitted a spare alternator and a new (Smaller belt) for the pas. Tightened up all the intercooler pipes.

Lights no longer flicker and the PAS does not whine.. Result

incase anyone asks the reason the towel is over the bumper the bloody flash on the phone camera kept bouncing back off the number plate :frusty:

Dropped the back axle and removed the back half of the exhaust in readiness for a new half chassis on my series III. Also cut the brake pipe bracket off of the chassis and removed the bolts fixing the tub to the rear cross member. I already had the rear floor panel out so that made things easier. The most difficult job was the exhaust bolts - had to grind two off and junior hacksaw the other. The spring hangar bolts were easy in comparison. Next thing is to take the seat box out and decide whether I need to take the tank out.
