Added a padded bracket to hold my disklok when I'm driving so it doesn't slide around the back.

Also removed a rusty sidestep that looked like it was going to cause an injury at some point...

Small jobs but my first time getting my hands dirty on a vehicle so I'm proud of myself.

Next weekend I'll be doing filters, oil change etc.

not today, but over the weekend, swapped out the iseats, got a functioning stereo (not really working, cos it sounds crap, but its functional) cleaned up the frame, painted it, and installed rear bench seat. put the side steps on, and gave it a damn good wash, the roof is now white, not algae green... almost got a shine to some panels too.
Engine service, diffs oil replaced.

This evening, gear box and transfer box oil.

Where to start that is my problam need to fix the mirrors, passengers side window, outright what happend to the front end after getting hit by a caravan and clean it.

After repairing my first turbo hose split, she has decided to split another, right on the turbo. On top of that she has sprayed oil everywhere under the bonnet and all over my windscreen. This all took place on a long ol trip back from cheltenham.

The first problem I encountered was 40 miles in when the oil pressure switch split and ****ed oil all over the petrol station floor, break down man cam out and managed to find a replacement switch for £7!

Well before the rain stopped play I managed to fit the steering section of the new HD arms but couldn't do the track rod in time. Fitted a new steering damper while I was at it as well as fit and wire up five new roof lights onto the new roof rack. No time to do the swivel pin bearings and the remaining 4th wheel bearing either!
