Changed o/s/r indicator bulb, tentatively sounded the horn to make sure it was still working, watched as my drivers side door lock button came up slowly on the 2nd press of the remote, smiled lots and as I ripped round on the set-a-side shooting rabbits out the passenger window :violent:

Had rear drums cleaned up as there was a whining noise coming from offside rear wheel. Found it to be a loose cable rubbing on drum. Sorted now and handbrake adjusted.

Drove 400 miles Bude-Fleet-Bude....Still smiling....and mines pink too.

Today i rescued a high ranking policewoman from that there Londons Metropolitan Police Force as her Mini Cooper is kernakered, and ive let her borrow it for a few days

i done this a couple of weeks ago...i notice you have blue coolant
i was advised to use only the red stuff?

Is yours petrol? Does anybody know if the blue 1 is bad for it? If so I'll flush it out and put red/pink in

yep mine is petrol

took it to a garage to loosen the IRD filler plug,
since it is a friend's of a friend of a friend the payment was a couple of beers at a nearby bar, came back home and left IRD, engine and gearbox draining overnight

Drove up the shops for milk and paper - drove back. All doors still attached and engine did not blow up. Note to self, must change the gearbox oil one day.

Started it, cringed, turned it off! Goddamit

Pas pump died rip! Guessing grit from offroading killed it, along with everything else

steam clean, new pump/belt and carry on?

It had a new belt when the tensioner exploded the bearings gone! It's leaking out of it
