What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

Looked at it through the window, was raining, thought about it, went back to Pornhub.....its Sunday....

The new heater box arrived few days ago.. fitted the new fan.. and tonight just started to add the new intercooler kit ..

oh and the hardest part of the week was building up the galv doors.. NIGHTMARE job.. but once i knew where all the bits went.. the other one was a quick hour job..

Put mine on the ramp as there is something amiss with the clutch, the pedal started getting lower and lower last week.
It was like nothing was there and then about 1" from the floor you'd feel the clutch.
Clutch wasn't slipping but that 1" got to be 1/2" yesterday.

My guess is the fork ?

Check the adjuster rod. Nut may have vibrated loose

Just tested the new blower motor for the heater box.. it works.. for now..

I've decided i'm putting waterproof plugs on everything on the wing of the vehicle.. lights and side lights.. the amount of times i've taken the wing off for the blower motor.. i just want a single unclip solution!

yes this is a 300tdi with a td5 heater matrix.. they do a conversion pipe kit for them.. i just need to cut them as my 300tdi is bolted to a lt77 YOLO

Looked at my clutch slave after spotting fluid leaking out of the bellhousing drain ... shot to shit.
Hopefully fitting a new one tomorrow ...

Fitted a new slave (TRW) and we are back up and running...

Gave it a good snow foam wash and swapped the headlight bulbs for 150% brighter (allegedly) Halfords H4 bulbs. to be honest they are better than the ones it had and give it a better dipped beam pattern and light. High beam is really good too.
hopefully if its dry tomorrow i'm swapping the rear shocks and maybe the Steering damper for the Terrafirma ones i've bought.

Spent almost 15hrs driving it, feel like I have fallen off a cliff!
Found a bit of snow though, which was nice.

Brecon Beacons. The snow was quite slippery which was a bit nerve wracking on some corners.
Whoever thought 20mph speed limit was a good idea wants to think again!

Broke the rear brake pipe, hardly touched it, must have been rather thin.
Annoying as I ordered some stuff yesterday, guess another order is on its way.

Got a new 1.5 metre CB aerial and some fittings on eBay…

Just looking like I have to bolt everything on after i sand down and respray it!
