found me haynes manuel its a bit vague it dont say which is best to use it just says between 5w and 40w

10/40 or 15/40. nothing thicker because of the turbo.
nothing thinner cos itll probably leak out as fast as yo put it in!!
no they are still a tractor engine and dont rev high so no need for super thin stuff.
