What fuel pump for a 4.2 V8 efi

Hi, I keep having problems with the in-tank petrol pump I'm using in my hybrid. I've used the original in-tank one taken from the rangerover lse tank. It's a 4.2 v8 efi, with a brand new fuel pressure regulator. I won't bore you with the details of the problems \I'm having with the pump- I want to change to an out of tank, in-line fuel pump, please can anyone tell me what pressure and what flow rate I need to have? I'm not running high pressure fuel lines, just using the original metal lines with rubber pipes each end, joined together using fuel line clips (as was fitted on the original range rover set up.

Can anyone suggest what fuel pump I should buy and where can I get it from? For example would a red top facet fuel pump give me enough pressure and flow rate?

faet do a external hi presure pump for injection application have used them with no problem when i did a rover v8 hot rod conversion a few years ago.
