what exhaust for 200tdi conversion

The easy way to fit to 200 is fit it as a 200di.....use the std 2.25d exhaust manifold then....and bin the complex and unnecessary turbo.

I used a disco box which pushes the engine forward and disco exhaust then fits, as do all the hoses etc, made up extension plates for the engine mounts

You can get a kit to alter the gear lever into the defender position, simple fix
