New bushes me thinks!!! ;)

Not mine.. but saw one at the weekend, bonnet letters were "over lander"
Fort it was a bit tacky
There is one of those newish MG SUV type things around here and the owner has bought all the individual letters to spell out
M O R R I S G A R A G E S across the bonnet. That's a lot of letters, goes almost edge to edge across it.

So the next job began today to change the rear brake pipes from the calliper hoses along with the hoses , pads and discs. Whilst attempting to fabricate replacements for the rear pipes I wondered why they are such a complex shape with tight bends. They seem very elaborate to cover a short distance. Can anyone shed any light??
I asked the same question when I was recommissioning my 38 around 3 yrs ago. The only plausible explanation is to help against vibration fractures but ...not convinced. I made exact copies anyway just in case.

Check if the existing O2 sensors are working first. Although it usually recommended not to clean them, I've had good results in the past using carb cleaner on O2 sensors. Make sure the connectors are properly clean, as their position either side of the block does tend to attract dirt or oil residue.

Cleaning the entire inlet system & checking for air-leaks can also help.

Finally an Italian tune-up on the way to the MOT place.
