Can anyone recommend a deasent flaring tool. This is a job on my list,don't what to buy the first I see.

Sealey, Sykes Paickavent. snap on, Mac any good named brand. stay away from cheap chinese ebay ones.

got the sykes pickavant flaremaster2 which is a good handheld tool. Can easily do pipes when they are still attached. They also have a vice type 270 one. you can buy upgrade kits to do 6mm or stainless as well.
