What box?

I have been offered a 3.5 v8 out of a mid 80`s Classic Range Rover. It has a 4 speed auto box currently fitted to it .
How easy is it to fit V8 into 2.5TD 110.
Could I use my LT77 5 speed box.
Would new engine mounts/brackets be needed.
What fuel pump would I need.

p.s Why the V8, answer is i`m fed up of the sound of clattery diesels.
