What are these called??

I am after the name of the part which goes between the rocker arms and the top of the valve under the rocker cover. As one of mine I noticed is damaged, it's like a thrust pad a round shape. And does anyone know where I can get on from.

valve stem caps ljc100270 ,you can run without them ,i doubt your engine will live long enough for their removal to matter

Thanks mate. Yeh I've heard you can run without them but while I've got the head off as headgasket was faulty i may aswell do it right. Thanks again
