Just noticed this thread has not been updated for months.

Doesn't anyone go laning from West Yorkshire anymore????

We were out in the Wharfe Valley last Sunday. Just a few hours, some exploring new lanes and tea at the pub

Yes people do, and some people who have previously tried to come along to your trips and ask about lanes only to be met with obnoxious secrecy soon work out that people like yourself aren't the sort of people they want to lane with and therefore organised their own trips...

Thats good, nice to hear you are organising trips

My comment related to no one posting write ups about their trips, not an invitation to join ours, although you would have been welcome. We dont really organise them on here anymore.

We did a couple in that area, but the pics weren't of them.

One in the Arthington area, others are Farnley Norwood area.

It was OK, the water levels were low, the decent down from stalling busk towards the river was erm interesting...

Does anyone know anything about this lane? A quick look on street view seems to suggest signs saying cars are permitted, but cant quite make it out

Its showing as a bridleway, the comment about a BOAT being applied for has never been followed up.

I will ask Barrie Mounty to check its status
