Do they exist? I went to look at one which was absoutley amazing, spot on in every way and dirt cheap, but by the time i got home, looked around on ebay / auto trader to check it was as good as i thought, and rung up to buy it it had gone.
Now all i can find are rusted, over priced discos or stupidly expensive high mileage non-rusty ones.
I'm trying to be patient on the matter, but, i have to borrow the gf's old corsa or bike everywhere at the moment (yes i really should re-attach the exhaust to the series so i can drive that) and it's really starting to get boring.
So! if anyone knows of any good D2's around the Midlands going for around the 4k mark let me know!
(yes i've tried auto trader, ebay, the for sale section on here, LRO for sale, local garages, google, asking around)
On a completly un-related note, if anyone wants to buy a 02 mondeo which burns over a litre of oil a day, has no MOT but has brand new brakes, fluids, etc. i have one going very cheap... :doh:
