weird electrical clicking noise

Hi, i have a range rover sport 2011 i have just had a new engine but not long after the engine was fitted i started getting a clicking noise that seems to come through the speakers it only happens when i am driving.
i have also noticed when it clicks if the wipers are on they will stutter in tune with the clicking noise also if i am driving while it is clicking and use my breaks the clicking noise makes the break lights flicker.
there seems to be a blockage in the electrics some how does any one know what this could be?

Blockage in the electrics, that's a new one

If the engine was fitted by a professional, take it back. It could be a bad earth from engine to chassis, a faulty alternator and many other things.

How long ago was engine put in? Was it a home job,or a garage job? If it was home, check your earths, amongst ogher things. If it was garage take it back to them. It could be many things. I think the other suggestion might be diagnostics. Wouldn't be touching it thought , if someone else fitted the engine and it started immediately after.
@gstuart is the 2011 still the D3?

Indeed was a L320 up to 2013 , from 2009 they went from the 2.7 over to the twin turbo 3.0

Agreed what’s already been said could be a few things , also brake light switch can cause a lot of issues or connector hasn’t been plugged back in properly

Diagnostics as mentioned should be able to help
