weights, series 2.25 diesel, 200tdi?

hi out there, does anybody happen to know the weights of the old series diesel engine and the newer 200tdi? I'm toying with the idea of putting one in my lightweight but I don't want to be putting a heavy lump in there. Was originally thinking about a perkins prima but these engines are getting a bit hard to get hold of and the conversion is quite expensive and after reading the thread yesterday about a 200tdi conversion it got me thinking, and that can be very dangerous..
