Weight of under body protection?

I seem to have quite a list of add on kit I want to fix to my Defender when it arrives. Winch and bumper, steering, diff and tank guards, roll cage etc. How does the front suspension cope with carrying all this stuff? I'm guessing it must way a couple of hundred kgs when it's all on there. That's quite a lot! Do I need to uprate the front suspension to cope with it all?

how much do you think you along with a passenger would weigh ? (in kilos)

would you expect to have to get uprated suspension because you'd ODed on mince pies over christmas ?

get some hd springs-cheap enough.

I'd guess me and a passenger will weigh around 175kg, depending on the size of the passenger. I'm hoping as I'm going for a hi-cap it may have HD suspension already, although I'm ot sure if it's just the rear springs that are upgraded at the facory? It's a high milage vehicle, so there's a chance the suspension could be worth doing at some point anyway.
