Weight of standard steel rim?

Hi guys,

anyone know the weight of a standard steel rim (no tyre)? Got to arrange collection of a set....

Put it on the bath room scales. Make sure you don't get it wet or it'll fall oft.

thought this would have been answered already, but not...

I can work it out this evening for you, I have a rim, with a tyre on it, and a tyre off the rim, so need to weigh both

I did a pretty thorough search! nearest I got was standard alloys weighing 13kg..
If you could do that for me that would be great!

bleeding useless me, completely forgot....

anyhoo, wheel n tyre : 27.2 kgs, tyre by itself 16 kgs, innertube 0.3 kgs so approx 11 kgs
