Weber info req'd

I need advice regarding my Weber carb on my 2286. I'm trying too source the model/number type. The only ID I can find is emmbossed on the carb which reads 34 ICH, and I'm assuming that's the bore of the choke (34mm). Its running rich I reckon so I'm looking at giving it a tweak.

Any info would be helpful.
