Wayfarers

Hi Folks,
Does anyone know if Wayfarers over the Berwyns is back open yet? I know it was closed around christmas for repairs to be carried out.
Any replies greatly appreciated.

I have been up to take a look today. The work has started, but the lane is not impassible right now. The people who are still using it are just making a big mess up there.
So please do not try to use this lane till the work is compleated.

Hi Thanx for that will stay away until we get the green light. I do recall from last year that there was a fair bit of off piste damage, especially around the monument at the top. I fail to understand the narrow minded selfish attitude of these people. All that they serve to achieve is to lower the public's regard for all four wheel drive vehicles/drivers using the green lanes be they resposible or otherwise.
Thankx again, and if anybody hears when it reopens would be most grateful to know. Great forum, never failed so far to get an answer, keep up the good work!
