Woohoo, all done. Did it on the driveway, all by hand on the ground.
If anyone else is considering this its no too bad to do, but you will get covered in crap and very smelly, well worth it though. :D

I was using the pressure cans and refils with the pump that screws in the top.
Real nightmare getting the dilution right and makes a right mess.

Ey now I did the insdes of me new chassis with waxoil but couldn't get the pressure to use the extension nozzle to get inside the chassis rails. So any old how I diluted it an every one sez not to but I reckoned it'd be better diluted than not at all, so I bunged some turps in but over did it and mixed it about 50/50 an it wuz reet ****y. But cos it was all I had I decided to spray it on an see how well it dried an wot have you, any how when I sprayed it, it was running from joints that I dint know existed an finding itself getting into all the joints an overlaps an seams that it would have never have got into if I hadn't thinned it. An before you all start shouting about it not covering as well as it would if I hadn't thinned it, it bloody well has then you can't rub it off by hand an its just as good as stuff I've put on with a paint brush before.

thats the best way wiv the furst coat anyways, Grunt - coz one of the biggest probs with that stuff is any trapped moisture will still corrode - by using a thin first coat it seals any joints and clears any moisture out - spesh if it its warm.

wot yu doin lurkin Trewy - aint got anyfink betta to do?

if yer stand the tin in a bucket of HOT water if goes plenty "thin" enough for spraying and getting into the nooks and crannys, without losing any of the coverage (just my opinion).

I tried warming it first and that works a treat but it soon goes thick again. I found diluting it to different thicknesses for different areas worked well, only got a little inside the chassis as the extension pipe/tool is next to usless so i'm making up a pipe with a nozzle on the end, found some good access points behind the front bumper to get inside.
